Gorgeous practice with the best staff I’ve come across in a dental practice. The PM is always willing to help if you have any issues and the reception staff are very welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone who lives around the area to join the practice - the Dentists/Hygienist will look after you during your journey. They aren’t taking on NHS patients at the moment but if you decide to join Privately you are most welcome.
Got my son in within a few days after his filling fell out. Rachael and her assistant are great with my son who is SEN, always take the time to explain treatment and also listen to him. It’s lovely that he never fears coming to the dentist or having treatment.
Amazing reception team and an amazing practice. I have only recently joined privately and the amount of treatment they offer is incredible. The dentist was amazing he explained everything in detail and his nurse was so lovely and reassuring. Thanks again guys
Khandro Tsering has been my dentist for years. She is brilliant and always takes her time and you never feel like she is hurrying on to the next patient. The reception staff have really improved over the years. The practise is always clean., and everyone is very professional.
I just have to give the full 5 stars here because my experience at Mydentist, Headlands was just super. I was called in very quick after arrival no long waiting, the staff were very friendly yet still professional. The place is exceptionally clean and the dentist that saw me was very friendly, caring and thorough. I would recommend Headlands to anybody anyday so well done.
