Disappointing service by the reception staff. I went to register myself and my 4 month old baby, I rang to possibly reschedule my appointment and left a voicemail. Without calling me back to let me know they cancelled my appointment so when I arrived they said they won’t see me. I asked for some help with my pram and they said no, meaning I had to ask patients that were in the waiting room for help. At a recent visit I was kept waiting for one hour, because the receptionist who " booked me in" had not booked me in. After the appointment the attitude from the reception was, as usual, brusque, unhelpful and rude. I sent a mail to the Practice Manager, the response appeared to be generated by AI and was dismissive about the behaviour the receptionists. Generally it’s a nice surgery. I had Invisalign treatments here which were great and the orthodontist was incredibly attentive and the dentists are always pleasant for appointments. However, there is one receptionist who is AWFUL, incredibly rude and miserable. The reception team had spelt our last name different versions of wrong for our whole family (one version literally had no vowels in) and when I asked her politely to correct it she acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her. To balance this review, the clinical team are great and I have always had good care from them. However, the reception staff are so rude, unapologetic and unwilling to provide any explanation for mistakes they have clearly made. They then refuse to speak to you to make an appointment and put the phone down. They look unhappy and this creates an awful atmosphere and reflects badly on the rest of the practise. I am reluctant to return yet been at the practise for a long time.

Charlotte is a great dentist, so friendly and very professional but for the reception staff they are VERY miserable and on the verge of rude. If you can look past the reception staff this dentist is a great choice.
