Had my first appointment last week and was warmly welcomed by the staff, Karen on reception was especially helpful. 5 stars!
I’m a very nervous patient and have avoided the dentist for almost 6 years, today’s experience was better than I’ve ever had, the dentist understood my obvious fear and made me feel somewhat at ease! I came away more positive about future appointments ☺️
My Dentist is the best dental practice I have ever been to and I've been to many. Zoe is an incredible dentist who not only makes you feel like a person and not just a set of teeth, but is fantastic at her job. If anyone needs dentures, partial or full, then I totally recommend Valplast, it's like having your own teeth back! The whole team, including dental nurses, reception and the mechanics are amazing and I thank you all!!
Did not fill me with confidence. Told me my gums were infected after I reacted to them sticking in the pointed end of the probe (into the gum). Did not do the scale and polish (included in band one NHS), instead wanted me to pay extra for a hygienist. Also told me I should brush my teeth for five minutes in the morning, and again at night, with no warning or mention that over brushing might cause a problem.
I have been a patient at this dentist practice for a couple of years, I am so comfortable with my dentist, care and communication is excellent, the receptionist staff are very helpful and friendly , totally professional and throughout a great team. Would recommend it to any one
