Went to dentist this morn excellent service made me feel at ease was reasurring and very pleasant was happy coming out
I hate the dentist and am very nervous attending. However the female dentist and hygienist I saw this morning were amazing. Friendly, thorough yet quick. The ladies at reception were friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Kerry. X
Absolute shambles of a surgery. 2 appointments cancelled in a row with no contact to me to let me know. Quick enough to take £200 off you for a 19 min appointment but wont contact you to tell you your appointment is cancelled, next appointment is over a month away, now waited 3 months to get this work done. What a joke !!!!!
Went to the dentist today and reception staff was lovely and professional and I went into my appointment at the correct time. The dentist himself (Rafik) was very professional and gave me really good information about what is the best toothbrush and how to use it properly. I felt at ease and also the dental nurse Mel was very kind and friendly. Very happy.
I just want a repeat prescription for some high fluoride toothpaste. You'd think that would be relatively simple. I was told by the receptionist that it wasn't possible except at a checkup appointment. I asked when I could have that and was told sometime next year. I pressed her further and if I provide a letter from my GP then maybe, if I'm lucky, the practice manager may agree that I can get one.
