I have been taking my oldest son here for a few years now and have always had a great experience. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and know their stuff. My younger son who is now with them was quite nervous, Lorenzo and the team were amazing with him, informing both he and I what he was doing and why. Really helped and made him feel better about everything.
My daughter has been going to the Orthodontist in Grimsby for nearly a year now. Her problem is a complicated one but Lorenzo and the fantastic team that work here are making a huge difference. Just been with my son to this orthodontists and I can honestly say how impressed I was. Receptionist had impeccable manners and the dentist was so reassuring, supportive and talked through every step he made to my son and what he predicts the future to look like. The care and attention to the user was…well, simply superb! I can see why so many people want to use this service if this wonderful treatment is commonplace. To all who work there, thank you for being exceptional at your jobs.
My husband and I couldn't be more happy with the care and support that our daughter has received at this orthodontist. They have explained each step clearly and given lots of information along the way as to the progress being made and what my daughter could do to keep this going. The staff are all friendly and highly skilled.
Lorenzo and his fabulous team have been amazing. From the first consultation to the continuous treatment they have put my daughter at ease and reassured her at each step of the way. I would definitely recommend Lorenzo and the team to anyone thinking of have orthodontic work done!
