I’m disabled and in a wheelchair but they make every effort to make my visit a positive one. I’ve been a patient with them for many years, since they started and I travel over 30miles to see the dentist who treats me. I always see the same dentist which I think is excellent. I can’t rate them highly enough. From receptionist to dentist they are all exceptionally good
Have been a patient with the practice for over 10 years. Currently having Invisalign treatment which is superb. Always a friendly, efficient service and never had any issues.
Just had crown and bridge replaced by Mo following it breaking and falling out numerous times. He explained all the options fully and didn't rush me into making a decision . He talked me through the procedure every step of the way and the dental nurses were supportive and kind. Thrilled with the result and couldn't wish for a better dentist.
Absolute dreadful dentist! Never keep a booked appointment, always receive a call to say it had been cancelled. Dentist never seem to stay or only operate on certain days. Parking is atrocious. Don’t take cash payments. Received a letter to cancel my NHS membership due to not attending an appointment that was changed and I wasn’t advised. Fly through appointments and left to feel treatment is being rushed. Avoid like the plague! Today I had an emergency tooth extraction. I rang this morning, explained my situation and Sharon booked me in straight away. The dentists that undertook the procedure were Maariya and Mohamed. They were patient and kind, generous with their time to ensure the procedure was at a comfortable pace for me. It was a tricky removal but the care and professionalism reassured me, I knew I was in very safe hands.
