Exceptional Service I have just phoned up enquiring about nhs appointments, I spoke to a lady on reception who explained everything about the npp scheme that I was eligible for due to not seeing a dentist in 2 years. I can't even begin to explain how lovely she was, she is a massive credit to the company and genuinely had a laugh with her over the phone. great Dentist shame about reception. I had a check up and confirmed teeth ok so went to pay at reception and it was £5 but twice the receptionist asked if that was all I had done.Yes thats right so wanted another appointment in 6 months and was told the team was busy so call at another time. They only need folk who are the spenders I guess. Maybe me!
