I am terrible with anxiety around dentists, the receptionists were excellent as was the actual dentist and nurse. It was an emergency appointment and they were so kind and helpful. Have restored my faith and a bit of my nerves around dentists. Cannot thank them enough

Excessive reminders, despite calling to confirm my appointments I still receive upto 12 texts,emails,calls & voicemails! No need! Plus while the receptionists are pleasant and kind, each time I visit the hygienist she makes my gums bleed & tells me I need to practice good oral care despite my gums never bleeding at home, brushing twice a day & regularly attending scale & polish appointments - it’s downright rude & uncalled for. Have moved from Belfast to Derry and needed an emergency dental appointment after breaking a tooth. Rang numerous times to check if they have any as kept being told to ring back the next morning at 8:30am. This morning I was told that they will not help me because I’m not already registered with them despite agreeing previously to pay an increased price for an emergency appointment before registration. Don’t bother, these people will not help you.

Makes me feel at ease every time. I never worry about going to the dentist anymore at all my smile has improved. The staff are amazing and always on hand to help. Would recommend to anyone especially those who have had bad experiences with dentists in the past.
