Partner has been registered with this dentist her whole life. They stopped giving 6 monthly reminders a couple of years ago. Rang up in May and said that one of the dentists had gone private so there are no appointments for foreseeable future. Rang up again 5 months later and they still haven’t got a replacement, they’re only giving NHS appointments if something needs fixing (ie they only want NHS appointments that give them the most money). Been a patient for over 55yrs when it was owned mr nichols would off received 5stars plus since changing to my dentist sadly not the same no more choosing your dentist and told no more 6 month check ups due to a shortage of dentists
Amazing service, very poor time keeping. The receptionist are not booking enough time for appointments meaning they all run over and have a knock on effect. I have waited 30minutes after my appointment time and no one updated me to say they are running over. I have then asked how much long and they have said another 10 minutes. Which is a total of 40 minutes after my booked appointment time. Great dentist. Mr Robb is the best dentist I have ever seen.
I’ve always had a positive experience at this dentist. The dentist always puts me at ease and explains the procedures throughout. Reception is very prompt and easy.
