I had teeth extractions and was very nervous about it but throughout the whole appointment Toby and his assistant (can't remember her name, sorry) where very reassuring and explained everything that was happening which made me feel a lot calmer. The appointment wasn't very nice but they made it as quick and as painless as possible. I'm very grateful as it has made me less anxious about my future appointments. Thank you.
Dr Hancock was so good, very professional.I was so fearful, but he said assuring words, which helped me to relax.All went perfectly well:two teeth extracted and one drilled.Didn't feel any pain. I was even able to enjoy delicious lunch afterwards and didn't have any pain next day at all. So happy to be Dr Hancock 's patient.
Had another good visit to Richmond house dental practice this morning. The dentist Paulina is extremely efficient and polite plus answers any questions you may have regarding future treatments. No pressure to have anything (cosmetic) done but there is a 10 month payment plan if need be. Staff also pleasant and booking my next appointment was easy to do. Many thanks from Heather MH.
Alice has a wealth of experience. I had a very comfortable clean. Lots of good advice but not a lecture!! Would definitely recommend this lovely lady.
Paulina is a wonderful dentist, so kind natured and professional. She is amazing with the children and always explains any procedure really well to all of them in an appropriate manner for the child's age. She also puts me at ease, as the dentist isn't my favourite place to go. Her and her assistant are really lovely and I highly recommend them.
