They are very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I’m very nice people.
Absolute shambles of a dentist ever since Mr Jones left. The new woman dentist they got there surly isn't even qualified as she doesn't have a clue. You got to beg and beg to be referred to hospital for treatment (took 3 years in total) and then once referral had gone throght she refused to see me/treat me (I felt as if because she was no longer going to be getting money for my treatment due to the hospital now doing it she just didn't want to know anymore) and I also know of 3 other people the same has happened too. Grateful to be referred for an emergency appointment and to meet such a lovely team of staff working here. The dentist Pia was kind gentle and gave me plenty of information as she was working enabling me to relax. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.
Came in for my annual check which was fine but the dentist found that a small piece of an old repair to my front tooth had come off. No problem and an appointment was made immediately. Made to feel relaxed and looked after well.
Always spot on and helpful. Busy, of course, with loads of patients and quite long waiting times for appointments, but that's the same everywhere these days...Other than that a great service every time from skilled dentists, assistants and receptionists. Thanks guys, well done!
