Super happy with my experience here! The reception team is efficient and my dentist, Aqsa Qarbani is knowledgeable and an amazing dentist! Thanks so much for helping me resolve my persistent tooth pain. I initially had a filling done that apparently had a hairline fracture, and caused me persistent pain and headaches for over 2 weeks. Today I had an appointment at My Dentist. Unfortunately I haven't been able to go for a while because of my health issues. However, my Dentist was excellent with me as I can be nervous. False advertisement on their website and when confronted in-denial regarding the matter. It states clearly on the website £49, however they’re charging patients £65. Today is 21/11/2024, the website was updated yesterday, 20/11/2024. Very dodgy, wouldn’t recommend.
Always a nice experience. Being that i have a disability the reception staff are always busy but very quick to greet you. My dentist Ratna Thapa is lovely, she always puts me at ease as i have seizures and suffer with chronic nerve pain. She is very patient with me and very caring in what she is doing. She explains in detail and listens to you. Very proffessional in her work. A massive thanks goes to the whole team x
Dr Saeed Habibpour, an implant specialist that visits the practice, has done a wonderful job on an implant for me. Better than the tooth that was there before! I was worried about the procedure at first but no need as the whole process went smoothly and Dr Saeed explained every stage. Very impressed with the service provided. Would highly recommend.
