Struggled to find a dentist who was taking on NHS patients, until this place was recommended to me. From the street, it doesn't look good, but that's Soho Road for you. As soon as you enter the practice, it's a totally different atmosphere. Straight away, you are greeted by the lovely and friendly receptionist. The inside is very clean, as you would expect. I visited yesterday for the 1st time. The service and treatment was amazing. Receptionist went above and beyond to get me an emergency appointment the same morning as I was alot of pain. Dentist was understanding, she listened and patient with me. Amazing service I have a real fear of dentist however looking forward to my next visit. Thank you guys 😊
Not at all happy. Poor scale and polish. Little to no advise on issue with my wisdom tooth. Now facing bigger problems and need surgery that could've been avoided with better care. - 1/10.
Had to cancel appointments several times due to emergency in families and last appointment had to be cancel due to death in family and receptionist was rude and did not call back at all with the dentist decision if they will take me and my husband.
Dr Joji is absolutely amazing! It's taken me years to find a dentist I like and trust enough to do the work that's needed to be done, she is an angel and I can honestly say I now look forward to going to the dentist! Had 2 tooth extractions and she was so calming and caring! The assistants on both occasions I have been lovely also as we're the receptionists. Clean and quick treatment 11/10!!!
