Managed to register my father in law quickly and explained the challenges of a patient with dementia and a care home resident. Staff were outstanding in arranging replacement of lost lower dentures. Despite the difficulties getting accurate impressions he now has a good bite. Fabulous service and patience

I’m very disappointed with the service from this practice. I generally do not give bad reviews on public forums but this needs to be said. I was charged £385 for 2 fillings. This felt horrible from the second day. I thought it just needed time, so I called back a week later to say that I was in pain, but I was told I can only call first thing at 08:45. I have been going to this dentist for a few years and had no problems until this year. I’ve had 2 appointments cancelled without them even telling me, wasting my time and money. Both appointments had been cancelled a couple of days before the appointment date so there was no excuse for not telling me. I understand these are unprecedented times, I understand they aren’t doing checkups right now. Obviously they are struggling with dentist vacancies and it’s difficult to get an appointment. But the receptionist Shannon is a credit to this business. She is helpful, never rude (which I’ve found with other dental out of hours staff) and goes above and beyond to help. I would give her 5 stars.

To echo what others have a said. had an appointment for a missing tooth (not missing enough to be an emergency but a hole in my jaw none the less) The dentist i was supposed to see left. was sent a message essentially saying your dentist quit. After many attempts to phone i went to the practive (january of this year) and made an appointment with a different dentist for this coming Thursday.
