Kyla the dental therapist had done the best clean I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable and caring. To say I am a very nervous patient, her calmness and smile instantly put me at ease. Would definitely recommend to all family and friends. 5 star service!
A rip off. Had a crown fitted 2 years ago which fell out last week. Made an appointment and was charged £125 just for making the appointment. Saw the dentist and was charged another £111 to glue it back in, which was all of about 15mins work (5 mins of which was waiting for the glue to dry). So £236 altogether. Have to be honest! I'm private and having to wait months for an appointment is appalling! I had a front tooth composite filling , I have one on the other tooth due to grinding at night that has lasted 13 years.The new one I received here on the other tooth has lasted 2 months at max, twice now, in 6 months at over 400 pounds and with me being careful! Excellent service by Dr Jimmy Jose. My family have been with this practice for 50 years and the service has always been top notch.
Highly recommend Ellie. I explained why I was nervous and she was so understanding and patient with me. She put me at ease and has done a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth after neglect caused by a fear of dentists. She was as gentle a possible and gave me time out to compose myself. She has provided excellent 'home work' advice to save me money and we have a future visit planned for further maintenance. I'm delighted to be proud of my smile again. Thankyou Ellie!
