Just want to say a huge thank you to Rebecca and Amy today. They carried out a tooth extraction for my 7 year old son. Communication skills were outstanding, they had so much patience with him, spoke to him throughout the whole procedure and kept him calm, relaxed and at ease. Explained each step clearly throughout to myself and my son. Never knew a child could be so happy after having a tooth out! Thankyou Lee! You have transformed my smile over the years I have seen you. One thing I know about coming to see Lee and nurse Shelly is that he has your best interest at heart . Only downside is that it makes coming to the dentist enjoyable
Just called to get an appointment and was told as I have not been for a while I no longer qualify for NHS treatment. Although I do qualify for Private. Why do I want private when I pay my NI and entitled to NHS. Just a other way of a dentist screwing money out of people. Think twice before using the My Dentist Group.
Teg, Sarah and Davi what can I say , I came to you for just a check up , as my dentist closed down .Well I’m so happy , Tej gave me so much advice , he changed all my fillings that were silver to white , I had several crowns done , where my teeth were moving away from my gum ( which my mam always said it looked black ) He sorted all that out , built my 2 front teeth up . I now have a smile I’m so proud of , thank you so much Tej and your fantastic team , one happy lady ❤️❤️
