I have never before had such a caring, gentle dentist as Dr Galan. He listens, offers careful help and advice. Terrific! I have to say that the premises look down-at-heel. The surgery is immaculately clean but the facade and the reception area is in urgent need of a face lift.
All the staff are welcoming and helpful. I have been a patient of Raquel for some time now. She plainly has a high level of expertise. She explains the treatment she plans to undertake clearly. She discusses the pros and cons of different courses of action helpfully. She is very sympathetic.
It is extremely rare, much too rare, to encounter such a wonderful Doctor as Dr Raquel. She embodies a virtue that seems at times long forgotten : humanity, in the classical sense of the word: she is interested in human beings, wants to know their story, takes the time to be with them and enjoys it, and of course wants to help them. This is where seriousness and competence comes in. Not as something disconnected from the encounter, but as its natural auxiliary.
Fantastic people. The reception ladies are lovely and Dago with his crew are amazing! Sorted a filling, clean, my kid and partner in one go. I wish them the best of luck and will see them soon (hopefully not for a filling ha)
Fantastic dental practice! As somebody who has always dreaded going to the dentist I am so glad we found Dr Dagoberto, he always makes us feel completely at ease! Great with my daughters and makes them feel comfortable and welcome. All of the staff here are wonderful and extremely helpful! I cannot recommend this practice enough.
