Horrible dentistry, I had a few appointments with jillnnar Mahmoud, on every appointment she was late, 15-50 mins, the appointments where rushed, one tooth she done was too blunt to use for eating and ended up getting infected after a couple weeks, a tooth filling she done felt and looked nothing like the original tooth and fell out after a few months, hence I’m here complaining about it, I’ve have temporary filling that are still in my mouth and I couldn’t tell you where they are because they were done so well you think it’... read more
Thank you so much to my lovely dentist laurance and dental nurse Teresa. My front crown came out however, the amazing receptionist managed too squeeze me in last minute to have this reinserted. Without this appiontment this would had resulted in myself having to cancel my shift at work as it's an embarrassing situation to be in which really impacts on my confidence. I really appreciate the whole team, they really do try their hardest to meet patients care/ needs. Thank you all. Louise :)
Because of a house move I had not attended for a long time yet mydentist contacted me and I was able to make a NHS appointment. I hear of other practices that just take people off their lists if they don't turn up. I have been a patient for about 20 years starting when the practice had a different name. They have always been most helpful fitting in with my travel needs and thanks to their professional help I still have most of my teeth at age 81.5!
Always a friendly practice with lovely staff - my dentist is always so gentle and caring 10/10!
Unfortunately didn’t have positive experience with MyDentis Wandsworth High Street. After 1st checkup i have been told that there is an gum infection and when asked if I need to take antibiotic's, surprisingly the dentist advised that it will heal itself. (Neither Tooth pain went away nor gum pain ) After 2 weeks had a 2nd appointment and was hopeful . The dentist spent around 10-12 minutes to clean my teeth sort of.
