This will be my first google review. I am writing this because of the very bad experience I had with this surgery. Firstly the receptionist are very poorly trained, not sure if there as been a change of management as all previous reviews cannot be referring to the group of ladies I have experienced since Nov. It is understandably that mistakes happen, however the staff take no accountability for any wronging. Terrible service. Called on behalf of my wife who was a private patient, there was very little to no duty of care. I asked to raise a complaint with the ICB the integrated care board and was told because by them. I am a private patient no body is going to listen to my complaint.
I have always been seen by my friend however he’s in London & it’s not always the most convenient. I made an appointment & was attended to by Faith & her nurse. I can’t empathise enough how impressed I was by the service I received from start to finish. So professional & friendly as the same time. Don’t look else where. Thank you so much Noushin
After ringing multiple places because I’ve been in excruciating pain and unable to eat as both sides of my mouth required treatment, I rang this dentist and luckily got an emergency appointment on the day. The dentist - Dr faith and her assistant was amazing. Made me feel so comfortable, explained everything in full and I was in again the next day to have two teeth extracted. Staff are very helpful and the best dentist to see is rui he has helped me a lot he is very good and Becky is very helpful and the rest of the staff if you need a appointment on the same day they will try and get you in they a brilliant I had a tooth out the other week and they were very good with me I have had no problem at this dentist Rui is the best
