I had a great experience with Shane Jackson from My Guy Plumbing. He came out to fix a pipe leak in my basement and did an excellent job. He was professional, neat, and respectful throughout the whole process. Shane made sure everything was cleaned up when he was done, and he was also very nice to work with. I really appreciate the quality of his work and his great attitude. Highly recommend Shane and My Guy Plumbing!
I can not express how great these guys are. Everyone from the receptionist Erika to all the guys that came out to help us. We recently had unwarranted work done by the town that ultimately caused a gas leak in our home. Although that ordeal is an ongoing nightmare, MyGuy has been amazing. Jacob and Jordan showed up on a Saturday shortly after I called for service and completely took care of the project within a few hours to replace/move a leaking hot water heater. MyGuy plumbing might be pricier than some other services, but consider this. Both times we have called them, the service has been prompt, thorough, clean, and accurate. I had a gas leak and the gas company turned off my gas, I scrambled to find someone to come in and fix by leak. I called a number of places and had a few people offer to come same day, I ultimately chose to go with MyGuy plumbing and am very happy with my choice. My plumber was Joe who explained everything to me, was very clear and transparent with pricing and the process, he answered all my questions, he let me hang around and learn while he fixed the leak. Bob and Carlos were knowledgeable, professional, caring and determined to get the job done. The job was difficult and both were very reassuring that they would handle it and they did. The office staff was responsive and easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend My Guys Plumbing.
