After buying an older home, we realized there were many serious plumbing issues which became apparent, such as basement flooding, leaking toilets, and other. MY Guy arranged for an appointment within 2 days and head plumber, Charlie Long responded on time and did a 2 hour evaluation of the entire house. A further appointment was set for several days later to replace 4 toilets, repair/replace old plumbing in basement, replace kitchen fixtures, and other work.
