Five star experience from MyGuy plumbing. Both Charlie and Matt were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient while installing our new hot water heater. Would have them back again for any other plumbing service we need. Would highly recommend both of them.
Once again, I received excellent care and customer service from MyGuy Plumbing and Drain. This is our third time using this company and seeing our technician, Charlie. He is very professional, his work ethic is beyond compare and he pays attention to every detail. I had a great experience with Shane Jackson from My Guy Plumbing. He came out to fix a pipe leak in my basement and did an excellent job. He was professional, neat, and respectful throughout the whole process. Shane made sure everything was cleaned up when he was done, and he was also very nice to work with.
