Thank you for a great experience and install by Sean & Jake at MyGuy Plumbing. I put in a Navien Tankless hot water heater with crossover-valve recirculation in my home and selected MyGuy after taking 4 proposals. Sean & Jake were extremely professional, knowledgeable and great communicators during the 1-1/2 day install. I needed someone to look at my shower drain that has been given me trouble. Bob and his partner came at the exact time of my appointment. They even recommended how to avoid having a bigger issue and checked my other drains to make sure there weren’t any issues with them. I had an opportunity to call a local plumber but I felt i wanted peace of mind knowing that experts were handling the problem. The team were very nice, professional, and efficient. My only problem involves what I was promised by Carlos when I booked the appt. Last week. He had said that they would be fine removing both the washer and dryer and hook up new ones for me included in the price I signed on the original invoice last week. Today cost me 500 to install dryer when I was told it was included. It is not the techs fault who came here today but the job was not done as promised. That is why I rated only 3 stars.
I recently needed help disconnecting appliances for flooring install and called MyGuy plumbing for help! The Technician, Charles Long was there immediately to disconnect and reconnect the appliances! Charles has a wealth of knowledge and explains everything along the way. I find him honest and respectful! I am so pleased and will highly recommend MyGuy plumbing and Charles to everyone!
Joe an Sam were very professional, upfront with the pricing an explained everything to me in detail, before the work was done, an did a great job doing the repairs. Also the office staff were very considerate kept me informed to give me updates on when my technician would arrive, also were very knowledgeable when I made the initial appointment.
