We have now used Myriad for six months. With their individual areas of expertise, the staff members are incredibly helpful. From the beginning, Rosa, Bo, Darcelle, and Jeremy have supported and guided us. The portal is user-friendly and constantly receiving better updates. Would recommend to others.
Myriad has the worst customer service and onboarding experience I have ever had with any company. I gave them approximately two months to get my account set up correctly. However, after almost two months, they only had one of my forms uploaded. They say that the EHR software service is free. However, they charge monthly fees for their services. There is one rate if you have a minimum charge of $3,000, and if you don't have a minimum charge of $3,000 per month, they end up charging you a higher fee. I submitted all my paperw... read more
Honestly, it's been the best decision we ever made! Hanna was consistent and showed us the savings. We made the switch to MediPay and have been happy ever since. If I have an issue or a question, Hanna is always there. The support is unreal. Loving how easy MediPay is to work with! Definitely recommend to my other medical/dental offices!
I have never had a credit card company that you can actually call and talk to a human being. Service is great. Most credit card companies you can NEVER get through to talk to anyone they NEVER call you back. MediPay is a well run business that cares and is there for you. I highly recommend them. Alex and Cody make my life so much easier when help is needed. Thank again.
We have only recently started working with MediPay & Myriad. All of the people, Rosa Galvez, Taylor Jarina, Bo Stephens, Cody Stephens, Darcelle Boveri, David Pratts & Jeremy Shiner, that I have had the pleasure of working with have gone out of their way to help our company. We have had a few bugs, and they have quickly and efficiently be handled and fixed for us. I can't speaking highly enough of the team we work with.
