Just moved in. I have the best leasing agent. Natalie was so helpful, she is very knowledgeable and truly cares about all the residents. my first week here has been great and shes been there as things pop up!

since the New Management has taken over. mystic Bay is a great place to live. great office staff. the Maintance Team is top notch. i dont have to wait days. thanks to Alejandro the stove is working. really nice guy.

So far, so good. Since moving in it has been a great experience. With the portal system it is easy to pay and log issues. Any issues have been addressed quickly with us. Cassidy has been very good at communicating if anything is needed. From someone who owned their home for the last 16 years, this has been a great place to live.

We just moved here from Iowa and i would say undoubtedly, this place is the right place for us to be . Natalie is wonderful to work with and the other staff as well . They are kind and helpful all around . The place is well kept and always improving some area . To be so far away from home , living here has made the transition much easier .

since this company has taken over...our maintenance request have been answered in a timely fashion and the property itself has been clean. The office staff that I've encountered so far has been wonderful!! Especially Natalie...answering all my questions.

I don’t understand what they want me to do about parking. I come home late at night and there isn’t a single parking spot open anywhere. No visitor, no resident parking, no future resident parking. The only thing open is reserved spots. So I obviously have to park somewhere so I park in lines like I have had to do multiple nights thru my lease and lastnight I get towed.
