INFESTATION OF COCKROACHES-Don’t move here!! Save your money and move someplace else. Upon first moving in their were COCKROACHES ON DAY ONE and a STRONG cigarette smoke smell! I highly do NOT recommend moving here. Parking is a nightmare as well and the “fitness” center is disgusting. Their is sand and dirt all over the floor, smudges from kids all over the mirrors, no antibacterial wipes to clean the equipment after you use it, the elliptical has been broken for 2 weeks as well and the trash is overflowing as it hasn’t bee... read more

See previous review and to add to it, parking is an absolute nightmare and I have been towed TWICE and mystic bay could care less to help with that. This place is horrific especially with new ownership

These apartments are not luxury. There is dog poop everywhere. Parking is a nightmare. Our car was even towed!!!!! The apartments are old, cheap and Starkey Rd is BUSY!!! They took $150 dollars off our security refund and we don’t know understand why. We can’t get a call back and it’s been months. This place is horrible.

Just wanna say how horrible the visitor parking is. I came to pick up my little girl around 10 pm Saturday and literally could not park anywhere. The old visitor spots had been removed and were sitting empty but we know the tow truck company comes around very frequently to make that money. Saw two other cars circling the lot to find parking and nothing. I had to have him bring her downstairs and we were unable to even get all her things. It’s a horrible situation. I wish I can give 0 star. I wish I can give 0 star. I was been here for 13 months. It has police report every week. It is not safe place. But It’s horrible when I move out. It’s horrible service. The staff office very rude. Be careful when you move in and out. Please forget this apt. Please....

While working and providing home care for my clients, my car was towed. It was parked in a VISITORS spot (where i always park when providing care) in the front of the complex and while the "visitor" sign on the spot was quite faded, it was still a visitor spot, in front of the complex facing Starkey Rd and SURROUNDED by other visitor spots. nothing at all. parking sucks maintenance sucks. pay $30 a month for a spot that you can never use because someone else is always in your spot

These “newly renovated” apartments are a joke!! The label “luxury” is disgraceful. The only thing “updated” is the kitchen, floors, and a splash of new paint on the bathroom walls. The bathroom cabinets and counters are super old and outdated. When we moved in our vanity was outdated in the bedroom and literally looked like it was going to cave in.
