No way in hell this creep joint is a 4.8/5. Nothing more than slum lords who run this place. Management has the unmitigated gaul to expect us as renters to foot the bill to move everything out of our unit to replace the cheap, dog crap flooring that is coming up throughout the entire unit(through no fault of our own I might add. Cheap/low buck appliances, bottom of the barrel cabinetry, bug problems, mold issues from previous water leaks. But they do find the time to “beautify” the dumpster areas.
