RecommendedThe best thing I can say about living at Mystic Bay is that the office actually cares. I've never seen more examples of a staff going out of their way to make better the things they can directly affect. Maybe their hands are tied with the rent hikes, but I have NEVER had to wait any more than an hour for a visit from maintenance, any time they are needed. Maybe the parking situation isn't ideal, but when we downgraded to a small 1/1 and found that the compact washer / dryer just wasn't going to hack it for our laundry n... read more

RecommendedMystic Bay has a great team... We were desperate to find a new place because our prior residence was being sold and time was running out. Without an appointment and within 30 minutes, they had already shown us two apts and emailed us the paperwork. Within an hour Deb called to confirm receipt. After that it was a flurry of emails and calls with Deb to get us situated. No one else we encountered in our search was as engaged or proactive. RecommendedI moved in July 2020 and it's been very comfortable, friendly and fun. Nice pools, fitness center and food truck nights. Apartments are in good condition and very close to the beach. Terri, Deborah and Natalie are friendly, professional and care about the residents. Great choice for Largo.

RecommendedIt's a pretty peaceful place to live. The ladies in the office, MS. Terri, Ms. Deborah and Ms. Natalie are great to work with. The concerns or questions that I have had, have been addressed right away. The property is well maintained and they have two pools, a little dog park 🐕. I've been here since July 2020 and so far, no complaints.
