Alex was amazing this facility is clean and organized. She was very resourceful and informative communicating everything the facility had to offer. We upgraded our unit size and were very pleased with her energy and genuine kindness! Best place in town we’ve visited.
The wife and I have visited multiple storage locations for how relocation to this area; however when we visited My storage in Sarah and Alex, were extremely welcoming and friendly. They provided us a tour of multiple sheds and explained the benefits of each one. They were by far the best experience we encountered during this evolution and the customer service was noteworthy. They clearly set the benchmark for others to follow. We’re looking forward to interacting with them in the future. GREAT HIRES!!!
Getting my storage unit through MyStorage has been such a great experience! Sarah and Alex were both friendly, helpful, and able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The area is nice and everything is kept clean. We love it!
Management and staff at this new location are absolutely wonderful. They are well versed in dealing with business/commercial customers and make every visit pleasant. 24 hr access facility is one of the best I’ve seen in the area.
