I am a customer with My Storage and it Is one of the Best storage units that I’ve ever been in. It has the best atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere I’ve ever witness. The two young ladies that work the front desk are absolutely marvelous and kind. They are always the same every time you enter the building. I’ve been using this facility on Kempsville Road for my dive locker setup for Intracoastal Diving and couldn’t be happier. The units are clean, climate-controlled, and well-maintained—perfect for storing dive equipment. Access is easy and reliable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing secure, quality storage.
We’ve used the Kempsville Rd location for a few years and it’s always been clean and cool. Staff has been excellent. Cannot recall who originally signed us up but we no longer need the unit and Mrs Tena Young could not have been friendlier closing us out. Would recommend to others.
If you are looking for a great storage spot, this is the place. It is super clean, very professional, and honestly, the price is awesome for what you get. The best part, though, is the management. The ladies up front are amazing and always go out of their way to help. Five stars!
