Chris and Ja’el are the sweetest people on Earth. Ja’el called us as soon a climate unit was available. They are honest and trustworthy. The unit is clean and smells great. I will recommend My Storage to everyone we know. Thank you so much, it was a pleasure meeting you both.
The two people at the front desk were two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They were very clear on every detail of the rental process. If I ever need to rent storage again it will be from Atlee My Storage. And I would highly recommend them to everyone.
We used Atlee My Storage while we were in between moves and we are so happy we chose this storage facility. It was clean and well kept, we loved feeling that our belongings were safe/secure with your own personal code used for entrance and exit to the facility. We also worked specifically with Kerry, the manager, who was extremely kind and helped us find the best unit/price for our needs. We got a discount for our first month & did not experience major price bumps in our monthly rate like other facilities. Highly recommend!
Kerry is amazing and provides excellent customer service every time! Great units, great prices, great service, top notch security with cameras, and 24/7 access. You can't ask for much more. You won't regret bringing your items here :)
I usually do not take the time to leave any comments or compliments online or businesses, but I was very impressed with the service that I got in Mechanicsville Va while helping my son move. The sweet young lady there answered all my questions and even gave me some advice on some moving questions I had about my own move that is coming up soon.
