Chris and Ja’el are the sweetest people on Earth. Ja’el called us as soon a climate unit was available. They are honest and trustworthy. The unit is clean and smells great. I will recommend My Storage to everyone we know. Thank you so much, it was a pleasure meeting you both.
We used Atlee My Storage while we were in between moves and we are so happy we chose this storage facility. It was clean and well kept, we loved feeling that our belongings were safe/secure with your own personal code used for entrance and exit to the facility. We also worked specifically with Kerry, the manager, who was extremely kind and helped us find the best unit/price for our needs. We got a discount for our first month & did not experience major price bumps in our monthly rate like other facilities. Highly recommend!
I don’t leave reviews often, but Chris and Ja’el at MyStorage Atlee absolutely deserve one. I’ll be the first to admit—I was “one of those” customers: all over the place, asking a million questions, and probably a bit of a handful. But they handled me with total grace, patience, and professionalism. So much so that I ended up renting a second unit! I usually do not take the time to leave any comments or compliments online or businesses, but I was very impressed with the service that I got in Mechanicsville Va while helping my son move. The sweet young lady there answered all my questions and even gave me some advice on some moving questions I had about my own move that is coming up soon. MyStorage staff was very patient and understanding when my debit and credit cards'security was breached. They are always very friendly and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provide. Ja'el and Chris provide excellent customer service!
