Recently had the need for a medium size storage unit in checked out the businesses that were nearest to me. The entire experience from my first phone call to and on site visit was handled in a friendly and professional manner. My interactions with Christine sealed the deal the prices of the competitors I evaluated were very similar so the personal attention and efficient and professional manner in which they operate was the most important thing. The facility has good security. I’m not the least bit concerned about that.
Just wanted to share my move in experience from today. First compared to Public Storage its from Rags to Riches literally! But what I'm not pleased with is the advertising of "First Month FREE" I was told because they only had one unit left I was not eligible for the First month FREE! I don't agree with this at all. I've had a great experience with the manager Kelly! She is always professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. From day one, she made the rental process easy and stress-free, and consistently gone above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The facility is well-maintained and secure. I highly recommend this location thanks to their excellent service and leadership.
