Nabila Murshed is a great therapist and has been exceptional in helping me to reign in constant panic attacks that I was experiencing along side some generally mild everyday anxiety symptoms. I really appreciated that she respected my wishes to start off with building skill sets that could both work alongside my medications and without.
Nabila Murshed is the best therapist anyone could have to relieve stress. The exercises that we went over combined with the way that she offered advice always put me at ease. I never thought that I would look forward to therapy sessions, but I can honestly say that I always felt good knowing that I would be speaking with Nabila during an upcoming appointment. I would highly recommend her for anyone who finds themselves burdened with stress, and will certainly be sure to refer others to her services.
Dr. Murshed helped me process old emotions as well help me think through anxious thoughts to determine if they are helpful or not. While seeing her I also started medication that has been extremely helpful in reducing anxiety so I can process anxious thoughts clearly.
Nabika encourages me to challenge the accuracy of the ideas I “know.” She asks for examples, which are sometimes hard to find . Today in particular she helped me find the language to describe the way I am feeling, for wh I am grateful.
So far requesting and getting an appointment has been speedy and easy. Everyone I have spoken with is very friendly and the intake appointment was comfortable.
