Life Stance has been a good fit for me. I see Nabila Murshed and she’s wonderful. She’s easy to talk to, listens, implements DBT skills, she’s positive, and has years of experience. She’s been a good fit for me. As for Life Stance a company, I have had a good experience. I do everything on the website. Website and the patient portal is user friendly, and scheduling is a breeze.

Nabil Murshed has been amazing at helping me navigate and process stress, difficult relationships, and the complications of motherhood. I can’t thank her enough for her support so far and the confidence she has instilled in me. Nabila Murshed is a great therapist and has been exceptional in helping me to reign in constant panic attacks that I was experiencing along side some generally mild everyday anxiety symptoms. I really appreciated that she respected my wishes to start off with building skill sets that could both work alongside my medications and without.

Nabila Murshed is the best therapist anyone could have to relieve stress. The exercises that we went over combined with the way that she offered advice always put me at ease. I never thought that I would look forward to therapy sessions, but I can honestly say that I always felt good knowing that I would be speaking with Nabila during an upcoming appointment. I would highly recommend her for anyone who finds themselves burdened with stress, and will certainly be sure to refer others to her services.
