Not only is my pool routinely cleaned well, but they clean my filter quarterly for less than the price I was paying for my last service company. One time I emailed them in the morning one day to say we were having a pool party that afternoon, and they replied within a couple hours saying they would be sure not to shock it. Overall great service. Attaching one of the pictures I get every week of completed service.
First you should contact the service tech, Brent, and apologize to him for putting him in such a poorly planned installation. We were not told in advance that the new pump would not link with our PDA and our current system. The new pump is installed upside down and we can’t read the message screen because it is up against the side of the house. I had family in from out of town for vacation and my pool pump went out. I got ahold of Ben, the owner and he sent me a quote the same day. The price was fair and their customer service is great. Jose did a great job on the install and I’m back up and running.
Work performed: full replacement of a 250k BTU pool heater to a brand new 400k BTU. Nabors Pools have been PERFECT from the beginning. For a very expensive piece of equipment, I spoke to friends/family for recommendations to change out my pool heater in time for fall/winter and landed on this company.
