Nancy is wonderful. She spends the time I need, listens to my concerns, offers solutions, and is very knowledgeable. I see Nancy for all my medical needs! Donna T.
I made an appointment to discuss recurring symptoms potentially related to hormonal imbalance. Nancy quickly dismissed them and suggested I was bipolar. When I politely disagreed and asked about other options, she became combative and condescending. I also asked about seeing a nutritionist for help with weight loss. Nancy instead referred me to a fad diet on Instagram/Facebook. Overall she seemed more interested in hearing herself talk rather than discussing options to improve my health.
Very dismissive, condescending, and passive aggressive. I came with an issue, and she barely addressed it, kept discussing other issues I did not initially come in for. Nancy kept referring to symptoms that I never even said I had. The questions she asked and her tone felt almost accusatory, and made me feel too uncomfortable to further explain what was going on ("Well why didn't you think to do X at X time?").
