I just love this place, easy to get an appointment, get taken care of on time, and all my questions are answered if I should have any. Everyone from the front desk to the Doctor, who is the Best.. are always friendly and polite. They do a detail exam, and the doctor shows you the outcome of them so you can see and understand what they are talking about. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are #1 for a reason, this all is the reason why.
Due to moving, I changed eye doctors to Naper Grove. My first visit went great! Doctor Robbs was very friendly and professional. He answer all my questions. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. And when perusing the eyewear after my appointment they were supportive, but not pushy. Would recommend to anyone!
First time going to Naper Grove Vision. I had a great experience; Connor Robbs is extremely friendly and informative. The entire office and online check in was very organized. I did hear about a big data leak but hopefully they are taking steps to mitigate that and avoid future issues.
I apparently scratched my cornea back in March and it has been a nightmare ever since. Being under Dr Nikolova’s care has been amazing! She is an incredible doctor who really cares about her patients. This was the first time since high school that I’ve been to the eye doctor so I didn’t really know what to expect. Even the office staff and nurses are an amazing group of people. I will recommend everybody to go see Dr Nikolova and staff!!
Great place. Great service. Excellent selection of glasses and sunglasses. I’ve been here twice in a 12 month period and same experience both times. Definitely the optometrist I’ll be using going forward.
