Our floors are beautiful and because of our open floor plan, we would compare our floors to artwork. The experience from selecting our wood floors, to ordering, installation and being educated on proper care & maintenance was flawless.

Had new floors installed throughout the house. Open punch list items have been ongoing for 8 months. Poor communication and very poor customer service. I WOULD NOT recommend unless you want to spend your time chasing/begging them to complete work.

Jim, we were more than willing to assist you in having these items completed. Since you live out of town, it was challenging syncing out schedules. For one appointment, we waited an hour and no one showed up. I had you on the schedule for tomorrow but due to your abusive and threatening manner, we decided to cancel it. We will not tolerate being threatened with a lawsuit or being spoken to with profanity. If you would like rectify this in a respectful manner, I would be more than happy to assist you.
BUYER BEWARE!!! We bought Le Bestone flooring from Naples Flooring for our new home which was under construction. We were told that this was a marine grade, high end floor by the salesperson Andrew Cohen. We were also told that if we let our builder install the floors, it would void any warranty. So, we had no choice but to let Naples Flooring install.
