This is my first time in therapy and I am enjoying it thus far. It’s nice to have someone who gets paid to listen to your problems but they also are licensed and are experts in what they do. They’re the best people to give you feedback.

It took 10 minutes to get to a link for therapy. I completed the forms b4.
Was unsure about an appointment on 12/27 due to it being so close to the holidays and while it was part of a “standing” appointment series, there was no link sent prior and it was not listed in the patient portal and I was not sure if the appointment had been cancelled or not. When I looked to remind myself of our next appointment, every single appointment we had set up going forward after 12/27 were cancelled without any notification what so ever.
