I can honestly say that I received the best personal care from Dr Natalie and her staff. I have lived in multiple states and have had many medical providers over the last 50plus years and can say that as a hypochondriac; I have never been put more at ease and felt relief during and after a visit to a medical provider. Dr DiLeonardo was very patient and caring and answered all my concerns and questions about my severe post surgical injury. She advised me what supplements to take to relieve my spasticity, no other MD I saw advised me of this.

Terrible
Rescheduled the very first visit I had with her, changed my prescriptions, then is extremely slow to give refills. Is anti continuity of care if your care is an opioid or benzodiazepine, regardless of your history (which she won’t even look into to begin with, she will just assume you want drugs).
She appears to be more of a family health manager instead of practitioner. It seems everything with mediacl needs any kind of specialty help, is referred out to the specialty which we're waiting for months to get in. She doesn't seem comfortable prescribing very basic medications for hormone imbalance or antidepressants. Would not recommend....
I am an individual with Panic Disorder. I had originally asked this provider if they felt comfortable taking me on as a new patient and treating me as I typically need more attention to make sure my disorder is progressing positively remaining stable and not regressing. This provider thought it would be better to go against what other providers had deemed necessary. Prior to being cared for this provider I was relatively managed.
