His is very thorough and clear on my personal vision issues and never in a hurry to move to another patient. Excellent physician. I highly recommend him. Not only is he an excellent doctor but he also communicates effectively. He will answer all your questions and address all of your concerns.
Dr. Hamaker is a quietly efficient, very proficient surgeon. He seems to not have an ego, which is really nice, as many surgeons want to impress you with what they know / plan to do for you. He is patient friendly, and does a great job in performing Cataract removal. I'm 24 hours into my 1st surgery, and my vision is already greatly improved. My second Cataract will be removed, soon; with Dr. Hamaker there, of course. Given the choice to do it over again, I'd choose him again.
