Quick and easy and painless. Always a pleasant visit. My sight is great no glasses required after cataract surgery!
I have had cataract surgery on both eyes -- each was a bit different. The first one was text book perfect. The second one I had a bit or a problem with but not because of the doctor. I had a bad reaction to the artificial tears (preservative free) and had to call for help. I was told to switch to another brand, which I did, and the problem was almost immediately resolved. Dr. Hamaker is a wonderful eye doctor and surgeon and his staff is great. Highly recommended.
I am pleased with the surgery on my right eye. All went very well with minor discomfort. Dr. Hamaker surrounds himself with a great support staff that made my experience very comfortable. They have checked on my progress the past three days after surgery. They prepared me well on what to expect in the days that follow the surgery. My left eye is next and I anticipate the same support. My experience was very positive.

Dr. Hamaker is very professional but also personable. My husband and I are so very glad that when my husband was hospitalized that Dr Hamaker was the Dr that was called for a consultation. My husband will be seeing him from now on! My only regret is that I will not be able to go to him because he is not preferred on my insurance.

Everything went very smoothly with my left and right cataract surgeries under Dr. Hamaker's care. The team was very professional and worked well to make things go smoothly and to make me feel confident, comfortable, and well informed throughout the entire process; before, during, and after the procedures.
