When I first moved to Tupelo the current landlord here was Melissa. She works with you and makes sure things like work orders get taken care of. It's a good place to stay despite some of the violence that I've heard happened last year. But I left in 2015 when melissa left and that's when it all started. From the looks of it the new management is remodeling so hopefully they have central air and heat now.
