Very nice ownership. Quick and easy service. Plus they gave us mini bottles of water while we were waiting which was super cool! They switched my oil, added my new air filter in (i brought it), and put my windshield wipers on for me! 10/10 recommend this location with the Strickland Brothers.
I stopped by Strickland Brothers on Lyndon Lane and they have been incredible. They showed me my oil before and after, I didn’t even have to ask and they checked air in my tires. While I waited in my car, they asked me for a bottle of water. Insanely good customer service and it doesn’t go unnoticed!
Guys were super nice and I got to see my favorite Dm Chris. Guys was very professional and completely nice and done there job quickly and accurately. Thank you Strickland 10 min oil change for a great experience
Very nice folks and polite. I felt as if they were helping me and not trying to sell me stuff and push me through an assembly line like at others. Jiffy Lube and any Valvoline are like going to get a root canal.
All the guys here are great! I was so pleased to be apart of their business and I'm looking forward to my next visit. It doesn't get any better as far as customer service!
