Thankfully the clerk was able to help me. The machine apparently jammed and nothing we did helped.Then after 10 mins. or so the machine returned the last $20 along with a receipt. After redoing the required info, the machine again accepted $$. Now, however, the money has not been credited to the wallet. Its been over 24 hours.
