Absolutely terrible, first of all they charge %20 more for each crypto which in itself is absolutely ridiculous. If that doesn't sound bad enough they also throw on a $3 transaction fee because taking %20 just visnt enough. Then they say that they will send out coins instantly but things may take a few hours on the Blockchain which could sometimes be true with the Blockchain.
