I have contacted the national bitcoin ATM five times and have sent support tickets concerning my BTC purchase. All support tickets have been processing for two days and when I call the customer service numbers, they only relay a message to the support team promising they will respond via email....lets just say I am still waiting will BTC is increasing in price. Horrible experience.
