I purchased $800 of bitcoin on 8/19/2020 and its now 8/20/2020 and still havent received them. I reached out to help@nationalbitcoin com and someone has contacted me saying my bitcoins were stuck in there queue...still not out yet. I haven't gotten an update and I have asked several times only to be told not to worry they are working on it. Im praying they put it in my acct hopefully tomorrow. So frustrating.
Reached out to resolve funds nit appearing, response was immediate. I provided requested information. Funds were released and processed within the hour. Excellent response time and ultimate resolution 👍
The national Bitcoin ATMs are without a doubt the easiest quickest and is the best have used all over Texas. I drove 163 miles just to use this particular Bitcoin ATM unfortunately there's not many national ATMs around but I will go to them if I can.
