This is not the easiest machine to use the scanner is not easy to use. You have to scan your bitcoin wallet but you have to hold it far enough away or it will not scan. Also if there are too many bitcoins sent at the same time your coins can get stuck in their queue. But when you email them with a problem they get back to you within 24 hours
