My experience was not terrible but as a "first time" user it wasn't seamless. The slot to scan your code is way too small for any phone except the flip one. After removing my phone from the case it was still too big to fit in the tiny space that is available. I had to figure out how to retrieve a new scan code, print it and because it was paper it was very easy to scan the bar code. The machine was clean and in a well lit area but no one was there to help or give suggestions. So for that I'm giving it 3 stars...fix that and ... read more
