My experience was tense, exasperating, a true test of patients even with step by step instructions being given. The machine did not respond to critical steps and often would seem frozen and then suddenly "wake up" and the action I was doing would take and the machine responded after many attempts to move seamlessly through the steps. There needs to be instructions printed on the machine and labels on the kiosk for where to scan and which space to use for several other steps. Everything was fast in posting money. Was a bit displeased with speed of transfer to wallet. Also a perfectly good $100 bill was rejected 10 times causing me to short send by 100. Had 100 checked at bank after & was perfectly fine.

I have not received the payment for $50 that I sent yesterday. I'm a little upset I sent it to my brother using Wallet I sent him $300. He received that but he did not receive the fifty dollars after that what do I do.?

To hard to switch wallet's. It won't read my QR CODE. I HAVE TO GET NEW WALLET FROM THE MACHINE EVERYTIME
