The Bitcoin is good way to send Money to someone. But the first time I used the machine in Oct of last yr I lost $250 and have not gotten it back. Every one say they can't help so I lost $250. I used the same phone number and Email address. But no one ever help One thing you do need is someone in the location that knows how to use the machine to help customers. But no one knows anything about them.
Your machines are terrible when trying to scan QR code. The opening needs to be bigger and make it more people friendly
The fees are outrageous for a self serve kiosk. Cost me $25 to get $100 in btc. Thats $25%. Rediculous
