1. This machine is not user friendly. Machines where u have to take a photo or take a pic of Dr’s License, cameras are blurry, and about 30 seconds behind real time. 2. They charged $110 on $1000 That's robbery. Outrageous. Cost me so much to use them I am done there is no service in the world that costs that much. Find another company. This one is a rip off
