Why is the scanner such a problem? I have the code on my cell phone, and I hold the phone 4 in. away and hold it so the yellow bars frame the image, but it does not scan. Why don’t you have the scanner vertically so you can press the phone on the scanner? It seems so simple, plus your ATM is at a gas station so there is no one to help a 86 yr old man!
